Terms & conditions


Processing time

• To build & set structures, mapping and shipping, for your purchase to arrive properly, my current processing time is 2 weeks.

• In these 2 weeks your purchase is being fulfilled and prepared to be shipped out. 


How long will shipping take?

• Estimated delivery will range from a few days, 1 - 4 weeks.

• However, when it comes to delivery timeframes International orders may take up to 30 business days to be delivered.

• Delivery dates will be based on where you live in the world and good rates.

• There will be an email to keep you updated with tracking.


I am building on bringing this to a faster level, in the mean time, any issues,

Refunds

• Contact within 30 days, from day 1 of delivery.

• Full Refunds & Partial Refunds are only available for

Damaged / Manufacturing errors / Defected

• The other option is a free replacement.

• If your parcel is not delivered, we can issue a replacement or a refund as well


No refunds currently for purchasing:

• Wrong size

• Color / Colour

• Change of mind

Please read the size charts and check your options.

For packages lost in transit,

• All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.


Wrong Address

• An address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned.

• To send this package out again, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs.

• Please make sure you provide the correct address details.

Order Cancellations

• Please make sure to cancel your order within 24 hours.

Wrong Address

• If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned.

•You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Missed delivery & Undelivered

• Please contact your carrier,

• Check surrounding areas / Neighbours / Dropoff zones

• Monitor your tracking

This is out of my control, remember to gather as much detail as you can.

If there is no progress on this, please submit and open a case.


Customers and import taxes

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

• I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
